At Viewmetrics, we take precision and care to do things right the first time, because people’s lives are on the line. A South African case-study done on a group of 45 employees shows that they have more than 250 people that are financially dependent on them. Our first priority is ensuring their livelihoods through reducing incidents caused by human error.


As with delivery performance, once a birds-eye view of the safety metrics are in place, immediate action can be taken on any unsafe behaviour happening in operations. Now, without having different standards for different fleets, we can measure speeding, unsafe driving and fatigued driving from a central view, and improve those numbers to be inline with the business’ standards.


Viewmetrics also developed a number of proprietary tech-driven solutions that provide businesses with the means to directly monitor driver behaviour, and engage with their entire fleet on demand.


Previously, driver behaviour management was only possible with a large complement of support staff but can now be done with a small team overseeing Vantage Voice, an automated voice calling platform that delivers voice messages to any number of drivers across your entire fleet.

Operational results for the same period have indicated that a break-even on monthly process, technology and people cost occurs on the 6th day of every month. Indicating that all savings after this day in the month is added to the client X’s bottom line.
